Linda is reading a poem that explains the "Red Hat" .  There is a "Red Hat" Society of women who have decided to enjoy their lives doing what and wearing what they like and not following someone else's dictates.  Linda said that you have to be over 50 to join but they let her in anyway, and then she laughed..

**By the way, Linda has designed a Red Hat Snowlady for her 2003 collection.  Soon we will have pictures of the 2003 collection. Stay tuned.

Here Linda explains the number drawing system that allows everyone an equal and fair chance to pick one of her original creations from the adjoining room.

The Open House was held in a wonderful Museum with rooms all over and a public address system that allowed people in all the rooms to listen for their number to be called so they could go through and pick something special.  After everyone gets a chance at one thing the room is opened up and everyone scrambles to get whatever they want.  Here they are listening carefully.

Linda calls the numbers as they are being drawn .

All is done with great care

These are some of the pieces that everyone wants.
